Contact Endress Hauser

Send the measurement context before asking for a quote. A useful request names the process duty, operating range, medium, approval region, installed tag if available and whether the reading is used for control, safety, quality release, custody transfer or reporting. That information helps the application reviewer decide whether the next step is product selection, calibration planning, repair assessment or a broader loop review.

The contact paths below are intentionally simple. They separate business location, technical communication and service timing without asking the buyer to choose a complex internal department. If the request crosses product and service boundaries, use the form and describe the loop. The reviewer can route it after the measurement risk is understood.

Attachments can be referenced in the message if they are available, but the first response usually needs only the core facts: what is measured, where the instrument is installed, what range is expected, which certificates are required and when the decision must be made. That keeps early communication useful even when a full engineering package is not ready.

Quote form

Describe the loop, not only the part number.

For product selection, include measurement type, range, media, process connection, required accuracy and approval package. For service requests, include the installed tag, symptom, previous certificate and shutdown window. For analytical or sensor applications, describe the sample, cleaning cycle, ambient constraints and whether the reading feeds a control or reporting decision.

If a request is still early, send the known constraints anyway. Endress Hauser can respond with the missing questions and prevent the quote from becoming a list of assumptions. The form is shared across the site so product, service and industry requests enter the same review process.

For urgent maintenance work, mention whether the plant can remove the instrument, whether a loaner or replacement is being considered and who owns the final service decision. For project work, mention the review milestone so the response can match the timing of design freeze, procurement release or commissioning.
